Mark Vaughn
Mark Vaughn entered the professional wrestling industry in 1997 as an audio engineer and street team member with Texas All-Star Wrestling in Humble, Texas. He later trained under Tugboat Taylor in Houston and made his professional wrestling debut in 1999 in Texas City against Bullman Downs. During his in-ring career, Vaughn won the Texas Nu-Age Wrestling Light Heavyweight Championship, High Impact Wrestling Cruiserweight Championship, Southwest Premier Wrestling Light Heavyweight Championship, the NAWA Tag Team Championship alongside Pendragon, the Full Effect Wrestling Heavyweight Championship on two occasions, and the NWA Texas Heavyweight Championship in 2006. In 2007, Vaughn worked as an audio/video engineer for Triple A Lucha Libre (AAA), Mexico's premier lucha libre promotion and one of the world's leading professional wrestling organizations. In 2009, he appeared at WrestleMania 25 as part of John Cena's entrance before making multiple appearances as extra talent on WWE television, including several episodes of Raw. He also competed in a televised match on WWE ECW. While still an active competitor, Vaughn began promoting professional wrestling events in 2000. Over the past two decades, he has successfully promoted and produced live events throughout Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas in venues ranging from VFW halls and skating rinks to fairgrounds, gymnasiums, civic centers, and arenas. His events have featured rising stars who would later perform for WWE and AEW while also showcasing respected veterans and legends of the industry. Beyond professional wrestling, Vaughn has also worked as an audio/video engineer in mixed martial arts and professional rodeo, further expanding his experience in live sports and entertainment production. Throughout his career, he has built lasting relationships with sponsors and community partners, creating sustainable opportunities for the organizations he has led. Professional wrestling has always been part of Vaughn's family. His father, Mark Vaughn Sr., competed as Sgt. Mark Vanguard after training with Texas All-Star Wrestling, inspiring a lifelong passion for the industry. Away from wrestling, Vaughn holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Louisiana State University and is an MBA candidate in the Sport Entertainment Management program at the University of North Texas. He has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for 24 years and is the proud father of Chloe, Max, and Jake. Today, Vaughn's focus is on building Championship Wrestling Federation into the premier sports entertainment property in East Texas—one that entertains families, strengthens communities, and creates opportunities for the next generation of professional wrestling talent. Built for the fans. Powered by the community.
